Body Tonic RX operates in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations governing telemedicine, online pharmacies, and patient privacy.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Effective: January 1, 2026

Shipping

  • Medications are dispensed and shipped directly by licensed third-party 503A/503B compounding or retail pharmacies.
  • Standard shipping is typically 3–7 business days after the prescription is received and processed by the pharmacy.
  • Temperature-sensitive medications ship with cold packs and require an adult signature.
  • You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Refund policy — consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinician has reviewed your intake. If your case is declined before clinician review, the consultation fee is fully refunded within 5–10 business days.

Refund policy — medications

Per state and federal law, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed. Exceptions:

  • The pharmacy shipped the wrong medication, dose, or quantity.
  • The medication arrived damaged, expired, or compromised due to shipping.
  • Manufacturer recall.

Contact support@mybodytonic.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number to initiate a replacement.

Cancellations

You may cancel an unfulfilled order or pause a subscription at any time from your patient portal or by emailing us. Orders already submitted to the pharmacy cannot be cancelled.

Lost or stolen packages

Body Tonic RX is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. We will work with you and the carrier to file a claim where eligible.
