Concierge Hormone Therapy · Women & Men · Austin, TX
Hormones don't work in isolation — neither should your care.
At Body Tonic Rx we treat estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, metabolism, and nutrient status as one integrated system — for women and men who want to feel better, function better, and age better.
Book a Hormone EvaluationThe Limitation of Conventional Hormone Care
Most patients leave conventional HRT frustrated.
Not because providers don't care — but because the system isn't designed for optimization, personalization, or ongoing support. Conventional care is built to diagnose disease, use minimal insurance-driven labs, follow standardized protocols, and manage high volume.
It is not built to deeply evaluate hormone patterns in women or men, provide frequent follow-up, or support patients through adjustments over time.
Short appointments (7–15 min)
Time for real conversation and review
Standard estrogen/progesterone Rx
Personalized dosing across the full system
Limited dosing flexibility

TSH-only thyroid screening
Full thyroid + antibody panels when appropriate
Why Comprehensive Labs Matter
We understand why symptoms are happening — not just label them.
Hormones are influenced by far more than estrogen and progesterone alone. Depending on symptoms and goals, lab monitoring may include:
- Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and SHBG
- Thyroid markers beyond TSH
- Thyroid antibodies when appropriate
- Cortisol and stress-response patterns
- Metabolic markers (insulin, glucose, lipids)
- Inflammatory markers
- Nutrient status that impacts hormone function
- DUTCH testing & at-home saliva panels when appropriate

FAQ
Common questions.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Body Tonic Rx is a concierge, cash-pay practice. This allows us to provide comprehensive labs, frequent monitoring, extended visits, and direct provider access without insurance limitations.
Why don't conventional doctors order advanced hormone labs?
Because insurance-based care is designed to rule out disease, not optimize function. Advanced and functional testing is time-intensive and often not reimbursed — despite its clinical value.
How often are labs monitored?
Labs are monitored multiple times per year when appropriate to ensure safety, effectiveness, and symptom optimization.
Can I actually reach my provider?
Yes. Provider access and follow-up care are central to our concierge model — patients are supported throughout their journey, not left waiting.
Is concierge HRT only for menopause?
No. We treat both women and men. Many women benefit during perimenopause or earlier, and men with symptoms of low testosterone or andropause benefit from comprehensive evaluation and personalized therapy.
How do I get started?
Begin with a comprehensive hormone and metabolic evaluation so we can build a personalized plan that supports hormones, thyroid, and long-term health.
