Is this insurance?
No. It's a direct-care membership for convenient access and coordination. It pairs well with your insurance for labs, imaging, and specialist visits.
Can I cancel any time?
Membership is a 12-month term starting the day your payment is processed. This allows us to reserve provider capacity for members.
How fast do I get a response?
Most messages receive a same-day or next-business-day reply during clinic hours. Urgent or emergent symptoms should go to urgent care or the ER.
Will I always get a prescription?
Not always. Your provider determines what's safe and appropriate. Some conditions require an exam, testing, or referral.
Do you manage controlled medications?
No. We do not prescribe controlled substances under this membership.
Can I use HSA/FSA?
Yes — many members do. Check with your plan administrator.

- • Geographic availability is based on clinician licensure (primary service area: Texas).
- • Terms: $100/month, 12-month contract from successful payment processing. Additional services billed separately.
