  • Complex chronic disease requiring frequent in-person exams
  • In-person visits, labs, imaging, and pharmacy fills (billed separately)

Common questions.

Is this insurance?

No. It's a direct-care membership for convenient access and coordination. It pairs well with your insurance for labs, imaging, and specialist visits.

Can I cancel any time?

Membership is a 12-month term starting the day your payment is processed. This allows us to reserve provider capacity for members.

How fast do I get a response?

Most messages receive a same-day or next-business-day reply during clinic hours. Urgent or emergent symptoms should go to urgent care or the ER.

Will I always get a prescription?

Not always. Your provider determines what's safe and appropriate. Some conditions require an exam, testing, or referral.

Do you manage controlled medications?

No. We do not prescribe controlled substances under this membership.

Can I use HSA/FSA?

Yes — many members do. Check with your plan administrator.

  • • Body Tonic Concierge is not emergency care and does not replace comprehensive primary care.
  • • Services are delivered by licensed clinicians via secure telemedicine when appropriate.
  • • Prescriptions are at clinician discretion and may require evaluation.
  • • Controlled substances, psychiatric medications, and specialty-restricted drugs are excluded.
  • • Geographic availability is based on clinician licensure (primary service area: Texas).
  • • Terms: $100/month, 12-month contract from successful payment processing. Additional services billed separately.
