Reservations may be made through our Patient Care Coordinator. Appointment times and availability vary depending on date and service provider. It is always our recommendation to set your next treatment prior to leaving in order for us to accommodate and cater to your utmost preferences. Please note that a credit card is required to hold your reservations when scheduling treatments. Nothing will be charged to your account unless you fail to cancel/reschedule within appropriate amount of time.
When a cancellation or date change is necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice for any service. Failure to give 24-hour notice for a cancellation or appointment change, or a no-show for an appointment, will result in a flat rate charge of $50.
For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Body Tonic gift certificates are perfect for anyone, any season or any reason. Gift certificates are non-refundable, not transferable, and not redeemable for cash. All gift certificates expire one year after date of issue and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates can be purchased online and printed from home, or emailed to the recipient. There is a link to purchase at the bottom of the page.
We often offer specially priced gift cards as Weekly Specials (like our $150 gift cards for $99). Purchases are limited to one per person.
We often offer Online pre-purchase specials, in-house discounts, and gift cards to help you enjoy as many of our services as possible. However, we do not allow Body Tonic discounts or gift cards to be combined. For example, a Body Tonic gift card may not be used in conjunction with any already discounted service or product. And two or more gift cards cannot be combined as payment for regular price services or products.
We ask that you turn off your cell phones to maintain our peaceful ambiance. If you need to take a call, please do so in the hallway.
