- Rapid guidance for common issues (sinus/cold/flu, UTIs, skin flares, travel meds, GI upsets, etc.)
- Prescription management when clinically appropriate (new Rx or refills)
- Telemedicine visits as needed for routine concerns
- Preventive support: basic lab recommendations, supplement guidance, and when to escalate care
- Care coordination: referrals to specialists or imaging when indicated
- Member-only perks on select Body Tonic Rx wellness services

- In-person visits, labs, imaging, procedures, and medications dispensed by pharmacies (billed separately)

Member Expectations & Safety
- You’ll complete onboarding forms and maintain an up-to-date medication/allergy list.
- Telemedicine requires you to be physically located in a state where our providers are licensed (primary service area: Texas).
- Prescriptions are provided only when medically appropriate after provider review.
- Response times are during clinic hours; after-hours messages are handled next business day.
