4. REGULAR EXERCISE

In addition to a healthy diet, regular exercise can assist in minimizing the appearance of cellulite. I’m not talking about spending hours upon hours on the treadmill; I’m referring to strength training to help build lean muscle mass and tighten your skin. By building stronger muscles and tightening your skin, you will reduce the amount of visible cellulite.

There are specific exercises you can do a few times a week to target the areas that you have the most cellulite. For example, for cellulite on the front or back of the thighs, you can do lower body exercises like squats, lunges, leg extension, leg press, step-ups, hamstring curls, hip thrusts, and more!

It is recommended that you complete at least 3 rounds of 10-15 repetitions with at least 3-5 exercises targeting each body part of your choice. Another way to help reduce the appearance of cellulite is to use massage therapy.
